Violation of this condition is a violation of copyright and other proprietary rights of the company and will attract legal action as per existing laws in the United Arab Emirates.

The products/services provided on this website are without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, and Bloomsburylane disclaims all warranties. BBL does not warrant that the products/services offered will be error-free, or that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are or will be free of viruses or other harmful components.

For flowers, sweets, or other perishable items, delivery will be attempted only once. If the delivery is not executed during that attempt due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the recipient not being home, the address being locked, or refusal to accept, the customer will still be charged for the order. No refunds will be entertained for such items.

Since flower arrangements are handmade, there may be slight variations from the picture shown. However, we will ensure the flower arrangement is as close as possible to the description/photograph.

Product specifications (size, color, etc.) mentioned with the product photos are approximate. Most products are handmade, which may result in variations between the pictures and the actual products. BBL, at its absolute discretion, may deliver a similar/alternate product for reasons beyond its control.

Under no circumstances shall BBL be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or any damages, including indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the products/services offered on the site. In no event shall BBL be liable to the user for any or all damages, losses, and causes of action exceeding the amount paid by the user to BBL for that specific service/product.

BBL will periodically update the contents and the products/services described on this website. The prices advertised on this website are for internet orders. Prices and the availability of items are subject to change without notice. Prices used on this website may not reflect actual selling prices in your area. We reserve the right to limit sales, including prohibiting sales to resellers. We are not responsible for typographical or photographic errors.

We accept online payments made with Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards in AED (or any other mutually agreed currency).

We will not trade with or provide services to countries or entities sanctioned by OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control), in accordance with UAE laws.

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records, as well as the merchant's policies and rules.

BBL may reach out to users via SMS, email, call, or WhatsApp messages after their scheduled appointment to ask for feedback or provide product updates. BBL owns this feedback collection process.
