Shipping & Delivery

General Terms:

• If an attempted delivery is made and the recipient is either unresponsive, unavailable to receive the gift, or requests a later delivery date, the same product can be re-delivered the following day for an additional fee of AED 40 within Dubai. For deliveries outside of Dubai, charges will apply according to the table below (Table 1:1). Please note that re-delivery will be of the same item in its current condition. If the condition of the item is unsatisfactory, the sender must repurchase the items, and delivery will occur in the next available time slot after receiving confirmation from the recipient.
•  If the recipient does not respond during delivery, the sender will be notified. If the sender also does not respond, the order will be cancelled with no refund issued.
• A fee of AED 10 will be applied for any changes made to a printed card message.
• The lifespan of the balloons depends on the storage environment. We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper handling or storage by the receiver.

Order Refusal:

• • If the order is refused by the receiver during the address capturing stage (phone call), a refund will be issued if the order is not yet prepared. A refund will NOT be issued if the order has been prepared. Sender would need to provide an alternative recipient.
  • If the order is refused by the receiver upon delivery, a refund will NOT be issued and the order will return back to our location. Sender would need to provide an alternative recipient for the same item and re-delivery charge of AED 40 will be applied for Dubai location and for deliveries outside of Dubai, charges will apply according to the table below.
