  • Each order is carefully arranged by our Dubai florists and packed to ensure freshness upon delivery.
  1. Always cut the ends of the stem at a 2-3 cm angle with sharp scissors before placing them in water
  2. Remove any leaves that fall below the waterline of the vase
  3. Take off all guard petals- these are the outer petals that protect the inner ones. After arranging the flowers, check for any damaged petals and remove them by gently pulling them off.
  4. Ensure your flowers have sufficient water, change the water every 24 to 48 hours or when it becomes cloudy
  5. Keep the flowers in a cool place, away from direct sunlight and extreme heat
  6. Position your flowers in an area with indirect light to extend their freshness. Avoid placing them in direct sunlight or near window.

Due to the seasonality of some flowers, they may not be available all year round. If any flowers are not available due to seasonality, we will replace them with similar flowers of equal quality and value.

The lifespan of the flowers is dependent on their maintenance and care.
